Biography
Associate Professor of Psychology with over 16 years of academic experience in Singapore. My research spans key areas of applied social and organisational psychology, with a particular focus on leadership, workplace well-being, prosocial behaviour, parenting, interpersonal and social behaviour, and attitudes towards palliative care
