Biography
Summary
Dr Hafihz is a Senior Lecturer in Marketing at James Cook University Singapore and Associate Editor of the International Journal of Quality and Service Sciences (Emerald) and the Journal of Tropical Futures (Sage). Ranked among the top 100 scholars globally in the areas of AI service robots (SciVal: #76) and Islamic marketing (ScholarGPS: #99), he has produced over 50 publications across services marketing, technology adoption, halal and hospitality. A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CMktr FCIM), the Chartered Management Institute (FCMI), and the Higher Education Academy (FHEA), he brings a decade of industry experience and advises various organizations. He has received multiple awards for teaching, research, and service, underscoring his impact and thought leadership in emerging global markets.Research Impact
