Personal Teaching Philosophy:
Learning & teaching (L&T) processes are rewarding
because application of acquired knowledge offers life changing, permanent
experiences. I believe students learn best when:
    1. Educators set
clear, concise learning objectives.
    2. Students
appreciate the relevance; applications of skills and knowledge acquired in
learning processes.
    3. Educators
incorporate practical, real-life scenarios in the learning process
    4. Learning
objectives are constructively aligned with tools of assessing outcomes.
    5. Students are
engaged, feel supported and are provided feedback in learning processes.
    6. Educators are
enthusiastic; reflective on pedagogical approaches with genuine interest to
improve.
