Sonia Minooee

I am a clinician-researcher with a background in Midwifery and Reproductive Health. Over the past decade, I  have combined clinical practice and research, with a focus on labour, birth, and maternal wellbeing, and have since expanded my work into rural health service evaluation and medical education research. I am currently involved in collaborative projects aimed at improving medical education and workforce planning in Northern Queensland. I  have authored over 30 peer-reviewed publications and serve on the editorial boards of BMC Pregnancy and Childbirth and BMC Archives of Public Health. I am committed to collaborative, multidisciplinary research that strengthens health access in rural and remote Australia.
