Biography

I am a clinician-researcher with a background in Midwifery and Reproductive Health. Over the past decade, I have combined clinical practice and research, with a focus on labour, birth, and maternal wellbeing, and more recently, have expanded my work into regional and rural health service evaluation and medical education research. I am committed to collaborative, multidisciplinary research and am currently involved in projects aimed at improving medical education and workforce planning in Northern Queensland. I have authored more than 30 peer-reviewed publications and served on the editorial boards of BMC Pregnancy and Childbirth and BMC Archives of Public Health.
