Biography
Extensive human resource management and organisational behaviour experience in both technical specialist and managerial roles. Skills and capability include coaching, facilitation, performance management, strategic workforce planning, stakeholder engagement and strategic project delivery. Experienced Human Resources Management and Management Lecturer coordinating and delivering undergraduate and post graduate programs. Currently engaged in human resource management research activities.
