Anggraeni Pranandari

Anggraeni Pranandari is currently a PhD candidate in Management and Commerce at James Cook University Singapore, with research interest centred on Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior. Her academic interest particularly focus on understanding employees, workplace dynamics, and contemporary challenges that influence individual and organizational outcomes.

She is also an assistant professor at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Gadjah Mada, Indonesia, where she began her academic career after completing her studies at the same institution. Through her academic role, she has been actively involved in teaching, research, and various academic activities related to management and organizational studies.

Beyond academia, Anggraeni is actively engaged in human resource development and organizational development initiatives, frequently collaborating with government institutions, state-owned enterprises, and private organizations. These experiences allow her to bridge academic perspectives with practical organizational challenges, particularly in areas related to people management, employee development, and workplace effectiveness.
