Abstract

This conference paper presents a predictive modelling approach for measuring workforce health risk migration within large organizations. The model examines how health risks evolve over time across employee populations, incorporating health indicators, behavioural factors, and organizational variables to support proactive health management. By applying health and productivity management principles, the approach enables early identification of risk trends and supports targeted intervention strategies aimed at keeping healthy populations healthy while reducing long‑term productivity loss.
