This article presents the Game Changing Innovation Ecosystem Development (GIDE) methodology, a systematic framework designed to accelerate innovation outcomes through structured ecosystem engagement. The methodology integrates strategic alignment, capability development, stakeholder orchestration, and value‑chain integration to enable scalable and sustainable innovation across complex organizational environments. GIDE provides a practical and repeatable approach for transforming fragmented innovation activities into coordinated ecosystems that enhance value creation, commercialization potential, and long‑term competitive advantage. The framework offers guidance for leaders, policymakers, and practitioners seeking to operationalize innovation at ecosystem scale.
