A sample of 187 university students from Singapore (M = 21.86,SD = 3.96; 128 females, 54 males, and five undisclosed genders) who had experienced online learning during the COVID-19pandemic responded to the online study questionnaires. These findings indicate an essential requirement for a robust online learning format in higher education institutes to provide social support and skills that boost students’ academic self-efficacy, hence supporting their academic resilience and evidently improve student’s mental health.
