The Women Leading Tech Awards celebrate the achievements of women who are driving innovation, leadership and positive change across the technology sector. The awards recognise professionals at all career stages, from emerging leaders to senior executives, as well as those making an impact through areas such as AI, digital transformation, advocacy, sustainability and social impact. Established to promote greater gender equity and representation in technology, the awards are inclusive of women, non-binary and gender-diverse professionals. The program is run by B&T, an Australian media and marketing publication, and is produced by The Misfits Media Company, bringing together industry leaders to celebrate excellence and inspire the next generation of technology professionals.
