Sonia Minooee

I hold a bachelor’s degree in Midwifery (2005-2009) and a Master’s degree in Midwifery Education (2009-2012). I completed my PhD in 2022, University of Technology Sydney. I have been doing research as a clinician researcher for more than 10 years with specific interests in reproductive health, labour and birth and perinatal care. Currently at JCU, I am involved in projects related to community health and medical training in regional, rural and remote areas. I enjoy doing collaborative inter/multidisciplinary research, using both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.
