Biography
Brittany is a PhD candidate at James Cook University and casual academic based at La Trobe University, Melbourne. Her research, under the primary supervision of Prof. Kate Domett (JCU), uses historical hospital records to examine physical injury and disability during the nineteenth century across Australasia. Her areas of expertise include biological anthropology, bioarchaeology, functional and clinical anatomy, and nineteenth century health.
