Context-dependent movement behaviour in marine predators: the causes and consequences of behavioural variability
Other Publication ResearchOnline@JCULubitz, Nicolas
Abstract
Nicolas Lubitz studied movement patterns in bull sharks and great hammerhead sharks. He found that different movement behaviours within marine predators are driven by complex interactions of environmental change, food availability and reproduction. The results show that climate change affects individuals differently based on their migratory behaviour.
