Description

This project is a partnership between the Wellesley Islands Rangers (WILSSED) and the PhD candidate Lucy Hughes (enrolled at James Cook University, Cairns) to investigate stone-walled fishtrap construction, use, condition, and futures in the Wellesley Islands region. The project will use existing data previously collected from the Wellesley Island region, including aerial photos, drone imagery, LiDAR and on Country survey recordings.
