Background:This study employed a repeated-measures design with four time points (pre-intervention, mid-intervention, post-intervention, and two-month follow-up) alongside qualitative interviews to evaluate the effectiveness of a tailored MBSR program on Australian veterans' PTSD, depression, anxiety, and mindfulness outcomes.
