Description
Otitis Externa is a frequent problem in the tropics. Pain and swelling often makes topical treatment difficult. A few practitioners use oral corticosteroids as an adjuvant therapy despite lack of evidence. This study aims to evaluate the effect of oral corticosteroids on painful otitis externa.
