- Charters Towers Regional Council participated in the TRVS to capture visitor insights relevant to inland and heritage tourism. My collaboration with the Council involved shaping survey content to reflect regional narratives and supporting staff through data literacy sessions. I travelled to Charters Towers a few times to engage with staff directly and indirectly involved in the project.
