- Collaboration on the Townsville Regional Visitor Survey (TRVS) began in 2016-2017. As a major transport operator and anchor partner in the TRVS project, SeaLink played a central role in survey distribution and funding acquisition. I worked closely with their team to align survey data with strategic marketing, service improvements, and passenger experience enhancements. The project closed in 2022, but I continued to manage the survey and process data until 2023.
