Senior Lecturer, College of Medicine and Dentistry, James Cook University, QLD, Australia

Periodontist/Dental Specialist North Queensland Surgical Dentistry Clinic. Serving the region.

Have combined clinical and academic work to serve the people in North, Central and South Queensland and the South Pacific Island countries.

Am an Advisor on periodontology to Chief Dental Officers in the South Pacific Island countries, specifically in the Kingdom of Tonga and the Solomon Islands.

My current research interest is in identifying gaps in dental (periodontal) health care systems and building clinical capacity for periodontal disease management in the South Pacific Islands and developing countries in the global tropical belt.
