I am a researcher developer (careers specialist) with more than two decades of experience across higher education, industry, training, recruitment, government, sessional academia, and private practice. My research interests intersect with my professional roles as a third space university careers practitioner, working as a research educator while investigating career development education, labour market identification, and career development learning, for early and emerging researchers.
