Biography
I am an enthusiastic teaching and research academic who develops and delivers health science learning content. My teaching philosophy focuses on empowering students to develop the critical thinking and practical skills required to succeed in their chosen field.
My passion for science led me to complete a Bachelor of Science (majors: biochemistry and physiology), a Graduate Diploma of Human Nutrition, a Research Honours degree, and a Professional Doctorate. My research interests include public health, student well-being, physical activity and nutrition.
