examination for Anatomy, Physiology and Biochemistry.

· 2019-Appreciation award for the work done in the “Quality Assurance Steering Committee” during the institutional revision in Faculty of Medicine, University of Peradeniya.

· Recipient of the 2020 PeMSAA-UK Research/Audit/QIP Award for best quality improving research study done in Sri Lanka.

· Recipient of the 2018, 2019, and 2020 Faculty of Medicine Research Committee Award for Research Publications in Index Journals-Faculty of Medicine, University of Peradeniya

· Recipient of “Cum Laude” for the Doctoral thesis om “Epidemiology of Diabetes-Related Foot Disease in North Queensland, Australia”

· Recipient of the award for “Best Poster Presentation” at ANZSVS conference 2023, Cairns ; Risk factors of readmission to hospital following diabetes-related foot disease.
