Doctor of Philosophy (Management and Commerce)

    Biography

PhD Candidate investigating technology adoption decisions in Australian agriculture, underpinned by behavioural economics. My research interests are situated at the intersection of people, technology and business in rural Australia - including technology adoption and digital inclusion, with a focus on connectivity and AgTech. My academic work is enriched with over a decade of experience in the IT sector, and a background in Industrial Design and Digital Design. My professional journey has taken me from managing technology projects to running my own business developing digital solutions for regional SMEs to horizon scanning for emerging AgTech for drought resilience. My ultimate goal is to help bridge the gap between tech potential and real-world application, especially in rural and regional Australia.
