Abstract

[Extract] As detailed in Chapter 1, the present collection adopts the approach proposed by the seminal works of Hengeveld (1992) and Stassen (1997), according to which non-verbal predication may be expressed by three major strategies: - Type I: copula construction; - Type II: juxtaposition construction; - Type III: predicative inflection construction.
