Abstract
[Extract] Australia has a huge issue with the deskilling of its new migrants. Research undertaken by Deloitte last year as part of the Billion Dollar Benefit series with Settlement Services International demonstrates that $9 billion would be added to the Australian economy each year if immigrants were employed at the same level as Australian-born workers.
