In addition, in-depth interviews and FGI were conducted with 10 out-of-school youths and 10 practitioners each, and an operating model (draft) was developed after consulting with experts. In addition, in order to increase the usefulness of the field, two out-of-school youth support centers were selected and pilot operation was conducted. Finally, a field-oriented self-development program operation model based on a logical model was presented.
