Abstract

The purpose of this study is to develop a self-development program operation model that can develop the talent and potential of out-of-school youth. To this end, we first analyzed related literature and domestic and international program operation cases, and surveyed the demand for self-development programs for 294 out-of-school youths and 298 practitioners in 17 cities and provinces across the country. In addition, in-depth interviews and FGI were conducted with 10 out-of-school youths and 10 practitioners each, and an operating model (draft) was developed after consulting with experts. In addition, in order to increase the usefulness of the field, two out-of-school youth support centers were selected and pilot operation was conducted. Finally, a field-oriented self-development program operation model based on a logical model was presented.
