Conference Contribution ResearchOnline@JCUKang, X.;Gardiner, C.P.;Kempe, N.;Suleria, H.;Dunshea, F.R.
Abstract
Desmanthus accessions contained very high TPC and exibited high antioxidant activity. The average TPC and TFC of Desnmanthus was approximately 10-30 fold higher than lucerne while TAC was 33% higher. Desmanthus has high TPC and antioxidant activity and may be suitable as a grazed or conserved forage to reduce methane emissions.
