The shell, silver, gold, bronze and bone personal ornaments

Abstract

This report provides an overview of the major types of personal ornaments recovered from Noen-U-Loke (NUL) and gives a detailed description of individual artefacts from each category. However, it does not give an exhaustive account of every artefact recovered; this information will be provided in a later report along with information on the descriptive terminology employed - although it should be noted that this latter detail is available, at least in part, elsewhere (Chang 1998). The system of styles used here is based on an extended version of that employed by Pilditch (1993) for Khok Phanom Di (see also Chang 1998).
