The IMOBTS 2024 Organizing Committee has exemplified the JCU Values of Excellence, Integrity, and Respect, along with the strategic priorities of Transformative Education, Empowering Our People, and fostering a Civic University. Authenticity: The committee was genuine, sincere, and committed to creating a valuable and enriching learning experience for all the participants. The various presentations were articulated in an inclusive environment where all voices were heard and respected. We fostered collaboration among participants by encouraging networking and interactive sessions during the various meal times through meaningful exchanges of ideas and experiences. We were adaptive to unexpected changes and challenges that arose during the conference and demonstrated flexibility in accommodating different needs and preferences.
