Description
The group/committee aims to foster a sense of community between our EMCRs and support overall career progression. I was involved as a member in establishing the committee in 2019 (where I and Dr. Saparna nominated Dr. Andres Kupz as a Chair). I was then nominated as a treasurer of the committee in 2021. The group meets monthly varying between discussion sessions, invited speakers, workshops, and social events. We also organize a yearly retreat focusing on researcher skill development and bringing together our members based at different university campuses.
