Statement of contribution to diversity and inclusion in teaching
Reza's teaching philosophy focuses on inspiring business students through inclusive and authentic learning experiences by implementing authentic assessments, drawing-to-learn, digital content, game-based teaching, and industry engagement. I embrace cognitive, societal, physical, relational, and value diversity, creating a classroom where every student feels valued and empowered. By accommodating diverse learning styles and actively challenging gender mindsets, I promote empathy and understanding. I encourage students to explore different perspectives through engaging content and open dialogue, fostering critical thinking and a deeper appreciation for diversity, ultimately preparing them to thrive in a globalized world.
