Biography
My work sits at the intersection of nursing education, curriculum transformation and professional formation. I am interested in how we create learning environments where students feel they belong, are challenged to grow, and develop the confidence to ask questions, seek support and continue learning throughout their careers. I am particularly passionate about educational approaches that are authentic, relational and grounded in the realities of practice.
Over the years, I have led curriculum redesign, accreditation processes and innovations in clinical education across distributed and regional settings. While these initiatives are often measured by outcomes, approvals and implementation milestones, what matters most to me is their impact on students, staff and the communities our graduates ultimately serve.
