Donna Martin

Donna Martin teaches across areas of human and veterinary nutritional physiology and metabolism as well as Pathophysiology of the human gastrointestinal system. She is the Year 2 and 3 Study Periods one and two coordinator for the Veterinary Science Degree program and also coordinates the Gastrointestinal Medicine and Nutrition Module as part of the Year 2 Medical Sciences Degree program. Recent work for her PhD revolved around the nutritional and anthelmintic properties of Calliandra Calothyrsus condensed tannins in the gastrointestinal tract of sheep, encompassing both in vitro and in vivo studies.
