I am a marine ecologist and biogeochemist with 06 years’ post PhD experience conducting research on seagrass, saltmarsh ecosystems across Asia, and Australia. My research focuses on assessing the role of sediment and water biogeochemistry in influencing seagrass response towards carbon sequestration, population dynamics and coastal pollution. My interests lead to projects investigating wetland restoration, pollution monitoring, ecosystem services, blue carbon sequestration, ocean acidification impacts, conservation and management. As an early career researcher, I am responsible for generating new data and high-quality science in partnership with government, and external funding agencies.
